CONDENSED TOS
NOTICE: This is the CONDENSED version of the TOS.
I retain full rights to the artwork.
You may not use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes, NFTs, or AI training.
Commissions are for personal use only.
I may post the commission on my portfolio or social media (unless you request otherwise).
No refunds once I start the sketch.
Major changes are only allowed during the sketch phase.
I usually send WIPs, but if you’d prefer not to receive them, let me know.
Turnaround time may vary depending on the complexity of the piece and my schedule.
Please be patient — if there’s a delay, I’ll notify you.
Be respectful.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read them carefully before placing an order.PAYMENTPayments must be made in full upfront or 50% upfront and 50% after the sketch approval.I accept all currencies through Wise or PayPal.Work will only begin after payment is received according to the agreed schedule.Some types of commissions may require full payment upfront — in this case, you’ll be notified before work starts.DELIVERYFinished artwork will be delivered digitally via email, DM, or Google Drive link.Physical delivery (such as printed versions) is possible, but the Customer must cover printing and shipping costs.REVISIONSUnlimited revisions are allowed during the sketch phase.After the final artwork is completed, up to three (3) small revisions are allowed (e.g., minor color or detail adjustments).Any additional or major changes after final delivery will require an extra fee.REFUND POLICYFull refunds are only possible if I haven’t started the sketch.Once the sketch phase has begun, refunds are not available.If there’s a significant delay (over two months with no progress), the Customer may request a partial refund.Please respond to messages and updates in a timely manner — lack of communication will be treated as approval of progress.USAGE RIGHTSThe commissioned artwork is for personal use only.The Customer may not use, reproduce, resell, or modify the artwork for commercial purposes, NFTs, or AI training/datasets.I retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to post it on my portfolio or social media (unless requested otherwise).CANCELLATIONS & CONDUCTI reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission (with a full or partial refund) if necessary.Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior will result in termination of the commission and potential refusal of future services.By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
